售后服务承诺书

　售后服务承诺：

　　1、服务宗旨：快速、果断、准确、周到、到底

　　2、服务目标：服务质量赢得用户满意

　　3、服务效率：保修期内或保修期外如设备出现故障，供方在接到通知后，维修人员在24小时内可达到现场并开始维修。

　　4、服务原则：产品存放质保期为十二个月，在存放质保期内供方将免费维修和更换属质量本身原因造成的内部性能损坏，质保期内的外观品质的损坏，由需方人为因素造成的损坏，供方维修或提供的配件返修均按成本价计。

After-sales Service Commitment

We hereby commitment:

1. Service tenet: quick, decisive, accurate, thoughtful and thorough

2. Service target: customers’ satisfaction of service quality

3. Service efficiency: in case any equipment malfunction, no matter under warranty or after, our maintenance crews will arrive the scene within 24 hours.

4. Service principle: for the products in storage, has not yet been used, the warranty is 12 months.Under warranty, if any performance and appearance damage, we will repair or replace free of charge. But in case they are out-of-warranty period or the damage is caused by the buyer’s side, any maintenance, repair or replacement will be at buyer’s cost.
